Forty-two projects we do not show.
Most of our clients insist on discretion: no address, no photograph, no name. These forty-two projects — main residences, family chalets and hotel developments — appear in no publication. We present them in person, under a confidentiality agreement, to clients whose project warrants it.
Our territories
Six geographies, six ways of building.
Each territory has its own regulations, building season and materials. We devote a detailed page to each one: building costs per square metre, permit timescales, altitude or coastal constraints.
None of these projects began with a quote. They all began with a conversation: the plot, the brief, the timetable. The costed feasibility study follows within twenty-one days, under a confidentiality agreement.
