Browsing data is processed on servers located in the European Union — Western Europe region — where the infrastructure allows.

Invest Prestige acts as a works broker and delegated project manager. The company does not carry out works itself: it puts the client in touch with qualified partner firms holding professional liability insurance and a ten-year structural guarantee.

The full contractual terms are set out in the terms of sale, and the working method in the Atelier.

The entire website — structure, texts, photographs, plans, 3D models, logos and visual identity — is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Images of completed projects are published with the written consent of the clients concerned. Addresses are deliberately anonymised.

Legal framework: our processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act. For people located in Switzerland, it also complies with the Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (FADP, SR 235.1), in force since 1 September 2023, and its Ordinance (DPO).

Data collected: only the information you choose to send us — through the contact form, the appointment booking or the Circle sign-up: title, name, email address, phone number, type and location of the project, floor area, budget range, timeframe, free message; through the site concierge: your messages; in the Studio: the address or plot you enter, and the photos and view settings you choose. Audience measurement collects anonymous statistics only.

Purposes and legal basis: answering your meeting request and preparing a feasibility study (pre-contractual measures); producing the concierge’s replies and the Studio images you request (performance of the service you asked for); sending you the Circle’s signature programmes (consent); measuring site traffic anonymously (legitimate interest).

Recipients and processors: only the founders and staff of Invest Prestige involved in your file, and the providers that run the site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, audience measurement), our email delivery provider, Google (maps, Street View and Gemini artificial intelligence) and OpenAI (artificial intelligence) for the Studio and the concierge, and the public geoportals swisstopo and IGN for a plot’s planning rules. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through Meta. No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union: some of these providers process data in the United States. Depending on the provider, these transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss extension (Swiss-U.S. DPF), recognised as adequate by the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Council, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Retention period: three years from the last contact for project requests; until consent is withdrawn for the Circle. Concierge messages and Studio data are not kept on our servers beyond the time needed to answer you; our artificial intelligence providers may keep them briefly for the security of their service, under their own terms.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — and, in Switzerland, the right of access (art. 25 FADP) and the right to receive or transfer your data (art. 28 FADP). You can exercise them by email at invest.prestigeluxe@gmail.com or by post to the registered office; we reply within thirty days. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr) or, if you are in Switzerland, contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch).

No automated decisions: the rank given by the estimator and the Studio images are indicative only; no decision with legal effects for you is based solely on automated processing (art. 22 GDPR, art. 21 FADP).

Enhanced confidentiality: a non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any technical discussion, simply by asking in the contact form.

The website sets no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies or persistent identifiers: it counts visits, not people. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation and security may be used; under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act they do not require prior consent, and this notice fulfils article 45c of the Swiss Telecommunications Act (TCA).

The information published, in particular the rank and timescales given by the project estimator, is provided for guidance only and constitutes neither a quote nor a contractual commitment. Only the quote issued by the partner firm carrying out the works binds the parties.

This notice is governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence — in Switzerland in particular, the FADP applies to the data of people located there. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office, subject to the same proviso.
