1. Nature of our role

Invest Prestige acts exclusively as a construction broker. It does not carry out the works itself and does not invoice the end client for their execution. Its role is to put the client in touch with one or more qualified partner firms.

2. Services provided by Invest Prestige

As an intermediary, Invest Travaux offers the following services:

• Needs analysis and project feasibility study;
• Preparation of a detailed cost estimate, item by item;
• Introduction to a partner firm holding the statutory insurance (professional liability and ten-year structural guarantee);
• Transmission to the client of a final quote issued by the contractor, identical to the estimate presented;
• Optional, non-contractual support during the works.

3. Final quote

The quote prepared by Invest Prestige is a preliminary, non-contractual estimate.

The final contractual quote will be sent directly by the partner firm carrying out the works, with the same lines, quantities and prices as the estimate.

4. Liability

Execution of the works is the sole responsibility of the contractor.

Invest Prestige cannot be held liable for defects, poor workmanship or any delays.

Under no circumstances does Invest Prestige act as project manager (maître d’œuvre) or general contractor.

5. Payment

Payment for the works is made directly to the contractor, in accordance with the terms set out in the final quote.

Invest Travaux does not collect any payment on behalf of that firm.

6. Remuneration of Invest Travaux

Invest Travaux is paid directly by the contractor, in the form of a business-introduction commission.

This remuneration entails no additional cost for the client.

7. Acceptance of the terms

Signature of the quote sent by the partner firm constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, as well as of the terms of engagement specified in the estimate sent by Invest Prestige.

This acceptance entails recognition of Invest Prestige’s role as intermediary and agreement to the liability, payment and operating terms defined above.
